#MyFavorite turns the 2 PM – 7 PM afterwork window into a monthly popularity contest for bartenders, servers and cooks. Members post tagged selfies, the community votes with hearts, and a new winner is crowned on the 1st of every month.
How it works
Four steps, one heart at a time
No scores to game, no paid boosts — just hearts from real members.
1. Take the selfie
Grab a photo with the bartender, server or cook who made your afterwork stop worth it.
2. Tag name + venue
Add their first name and pick the participating venue so the hearts land on the right person.
3. Spend your hearts
Each member gets 30 hearts a month. Posting costs one; every heart you hand out costs one.
4. Winner on the 1st
The month's most-hearted staffer takes the crown, then the wall and the hearts reset.

Questions before you vote
- What is the #MyFavorite contest?
- A monthly popularity contest for the people who actually pour the drinks and cook the food. Members post selfies with a bartender, server or cook, tag that staffer's name and venue, and the community votes with hearts.
- How many votes does each member get?
- Every member gets 30 hearts per calendar month. Posting a tagged selfie uses one heart, and each heart you give another photo uses one too. Hearts reset on the 1st of every month.
- How does a staffer win?
- Hearts are tallied per tagged staffer for the current month. The most-loved staffer at the end of the month wins, and the wall resets fresh on the 1st.
- Do I need an account to vote?
- Anyone can browse the wall. Posting selfies and giving hearts requires a verified member account, which keeps the count honest.
- What makes a valid entry?
- A photo taken with the staffer, their first name tagged, and the participating venue selected. Keep it kind and keep it real — the community code applies.
Heart balances, vote history and member profiles stay private — only public selfies, tagged staffer names and heart totals are shown on the wall.
